How memory comes in

Every record starts with a person who remembers.

Being prepared. The application and submission forms will open once the review process has been tested from start to finish. Until then, write to library@natakaresearchinstitute.org.

How a record travels

  1. The contributor submits the record with its source, place and consent.
  2. The regional coordinator checks it and marks its verification status.
  3. If it touches sacred knowledge, genealogy or the dead, it goes to the Council of Guardians for elder review.
  4. The access level is set: Public, Members, Region, Clan or Guardians only.
  5. The record joins the counts at once. Names and details appear only at the access level allowed.
  6. Any request for correction or removal is logged and decided by the Council.

Before sending anything sensitive, read Security and Safety.
